Dear Bryan, It has been many months since Amanda sold our house in Aspley but I have always wanted to provide you with some feedback on our experience with her, and with LJ Hooker. Amanda is an extremely professional and capable agent who certainly made our lives a lot easier during a difficult sale. Our house had a significant impediment to its sale being the unapproved and as it turned out, non-compliant retaining wall. We were therefore initially looking for someone to take this on, and then unfortunately we had to change tact when that didn't work for us. This was a very trying time as we were very stressed by a lack of sale, but the one thing that kept us going was Amanda's enthusiasm and professionalism - if we had an average agent we probably would have had a melt down!
